  3. Thanks, BOV is working very simple. When Tb is fully open , boost from intake maniflod close BOV ( with vacum, move the cylinder in bov and close ) and when throttle body is close, there is no boost in intake maniflod and boost which supercharger is push is move the cylinder in Bov and boost goes out. Very simple and what is most important, there is no boost leak on oem g60 Tb..

  8. Thanks dude, Yes it cost me a lot of money , time and lot of mine work and worries. At the end im happy , engine pulls and sounds crazy ...
  9. PaudieG60- are you bought a brend new set from sls or second hand ?
  10. Exactly, you have 63.5 equivalent, and you was thinking that you have equivalent for 68 mm, so it is big difference in charger speed and service... You can rev it at 6500-7000 but everything above 6000 you should avoid.. As I wrote above , manufactores or dealers who sales the toothed kits , have incorrectly equivalent , for example, if they use 56 crank , it is impopssible to have ( 70 mm , 65mm an 60 mm equivalent )
  11. AD inatke maniflod have 1 or 2 mm bigger chanels... Same thing is with P cilinder head. Also my vote goes to the greys...
  12. 1.9L RS2G65 .... Frsit vw meet in 2016 ... G-Ladiator club.. Car sounds fantastic, G-lader , toothet belt, BOV, exhaust.. Frist 500 km Im not push more 3000 rpm BOV is working perfect, it is open all the time when the throotle is close, it is big so he can release the pressure from the system and G-lader. It is even less back-pressure than oem bypass, it have cool sound and what is most important I get rid of boost leak on oem baypass butterfly..
  13. 14. It is not only shorter interval service, with smaller pulley you have more danger becouse of high charger speed... With 60mm pulley, you must take special barings for high speed and every oil change, service of charger ( cca every 4000 miles)
  15. Very nice engine spec, so you have 358 Hp with 50 hp shot of nitrous or without ? Is valve stems 7mm or factory 8mm ?
