  2. Hi, have not been on dyno yet. My CR is slightly more than 8.0, cca 8.1/8.2 max. I want lower CR so I can go with agrressive ignition and boost more than 1 bar.
  3. Hi, the car is driving excellent. The frist start in cold weather ( below 0 celisus ), car have very stable idle works very well. Theres no overfueling on city drive and car is more economic .
  4. Finally the car is mapped, Rottele mad custom map for my spec, and we are customize the chip with live mapping on the road. ( set-up fuel map and AFR ). G65 badge and Rottele custom chip and video od acelleration, from 65 km/h to 205 km/h. Car goes from 100-200 km/h in cca 10 sec

    G60 tooth Pulley Size

    On oem set-up you measure the diameter , on tooth set-up you caunt the teeth. Outside diameter mens nothing on tooth set-up . Oem set up 135 mm crank 65 mm charger. 135:65=2.07. Tooth set-up. 56:26= 2.15 Oem set up for 63 mm pullye.. 135:63=2.14 The carger spins the same rpms on 63mm oem set-up as 65mm tooth set-up

    That set-up is for 65 mm toothed pulley from all dealer , but if you compare with original 6pk it is even smaller equivalent cca 63.5-64 mm. PS. I made mistake a few post ago, my set-up is 56 crank 28 sc ( a few post ago I wrote 26 for sc , but I use 28 on sc , and calculation was correct for 56/28 )

    Hi, to calculate the charger speed on toothed pulleys, you have to know exact numbers of caharger and chrankshaft pulley. The safe zone for charger speed is 13 000 rpms, everything above that is some kind of risk, but normally you can spin your charger even more then 14 000 rpms , but very shortly ( 1/4 mile race or eny time when your engine spins on 7000 rpm or even more , thats also depends of your engine set-up and where you have max power ). My chrank pulley have 56 teeth, and sc pulley 26 teeth, and my charger reach 13 000 rpm on 6500 rpm engine speed. My rev limit is 7200 rpms and If I rev it on those rpms , chargers spins 14 400 rpms. I use the 8v tensioner pulley, my belt is less swinging .

  10. Thanks, BOV is working very simple. When Tb is fully open , boost from intake maniflod close BOV ( with vacum, move the cylinder in bov and close ) and when throttle body is close, there is no boost in intake maniflod and boost which supercharger is push is move the cylinder in Bov and boost goes out. Very simple and what is most important, there is no boost leak on oem g60 Tb..
